There is only one way in which you can achieve success with your web property – by satisfying the needs of your visitors. A lot of services have moved or are moving to the Internet – information, banking, commerce, public relations, project management. Make sure your site has what it takes to appeal to your target audience. You might well strip it of irrelevant additions – this is not what you visitors are looking for. Avoiding aggressive, conspicuous adverting of your own website or company is another good practice. Serving your customer comes before serving yourself.
